Lauren has over 19 years of technical recruiting experience on both a contingency and retained search basis. She founded Lincoln & Creed, Inc. over twelve years ago after having spent ten years crafting successful recruiting processes for a variety of technical clients. Her background includes Franchise Consulting for one of the top recruiting networks in the United States. For the past fifteen years she has concentrated on the field of civil engineering, with a focus on water/wastewater, transportation, municipal and infrastructure engineering. Lauren’s outstanding ability to build relationships has enabled her to support her client companies with customized solutions. She was a co-author of a well attended WEFTEC presentation on retaining top talent and she has served on the Compensation Board of a publicly traded company.
