Her background includes Franchise Consulting for one of the top recruiting networks in the United States. For the past thirteen years she has concentrated on the field of civil engineering, with a focus on water/wastewater, transportation, municipal and infrastructure engineering. Charlie has three years of technical recruitment of engineers. Her background includes Project Management in both Consulting and Technical companies. In addition, she has 16 years of experience with all three Transit Oriented Designs (TODs) at the former Gates Factory near I-25 and Broadway in Denver. She was heavily involved with developers, Denver Community Planning and Development (CPD), and Denver City Council in the permitting, committee and approval processes.

Faye has 20+ years of experience in talent acquisition and organizational management. Faye will be specializing in West Coast clients in infrastructure and civil engineering to support Municipalities. Roadway, transportation, and water/wastewater treatment as well as bridge and structural engineering.
