For the past thirteen years she has concentrated on the field of civil engineering, with a focus on water/wastewater, transportation, municipal and infrastructure engineering. Charlie has three years of technical recruitment of engineers. Her background includes Project Management in both Consulting and Technical companies. In addition, she has 16 years of experience with all three Transit Oriented Designs (TODs) at the former Gates Factory near I-25 and Broadway in Denver. She was heavily involved with developers, Denver Community Planning and Development (CPD), and Denver City Council in the permitting, committee and approval processes.

Her background includes recruiting, training and sales for both financial consulting and personal development programs. Meg has also spent over six years as an independent business consultant from which she brings comprehensive knowledge of business processes and funding solutions. She has a special affinity for engineering and enjoys utilizing her diverse background to support clients and candidates.
