LCI made it pleasant to communicate with the team, and it was in a low-stress, easy-going way. I’m sure many peers in my field have experienced what it’s like to undertake the sometimes gruesome pursuit of changing jobs and/or careers and the stressors that come out of that process. Lauren made sure to follow up with me several times through the first couple weeks, months, and check in at a year. I was always nervous about searching for a new position, so when LCI reached out to me to chat more, I was intrigued. Lauren and her team had a candid conversation with me about my current role, past roles, and future prospects. Based on my resume, strengths, and future goals, I believe they had me in mind for a certain role. LCI was then able to help me prepare for interviews by helping me understand the many nuances taken for granted during interviews and screening phone calls. I enjoy the culture of my new company. The team here has an attitude of working toward common goals which I’ve seen less of elsewhere. My past experiences fit well with the new role, and I’ve been able to continue growing in my career. I would definitely use LCI again. The team was professional and courteous. They followed through with my inquiries and made a genuine attempt to understand my experience and career goals. This is especially important, because as a facilitator to matching prime candidates with a company, you want to ensure that both parties are a great match and for the long-term as well. So ensuring career goals match up is paramount. And, if I’m in a position in the future where I would need to fill a role, I would consider LCI for the exact same reason: I feel that I would trust the team at LCI to be diligent in finding the right candidate. LCI’s strengths are in understanding the needs of the company, and then working to ensure that the prospective employee has the right qualifications for the role.
